The latest photograph to be added to my blog page is titled ‘havre blue' and it's my compositional interpretation of Linda Covit’s sculpture ‘Havre’. For those interested, you can get a beautiful view of it from the McGill University Health Centre campus in Notre-Dame-de-Grâce (NDG). The sculptor’s inspiration is the collaboration between the city and the health community: “...The structure evokes the image of two clasped hands and a sense of support. The interlaced “fingers” suggest the members of the hospital staff; they join together as do the medical teams dedicated to the health of each of their patients...” (1)
