mch project archives

In 2012 I started my second documentary photography project. It reached completion on the 23rd of October 2014 with an official unveiling of 19 printed photographs. In short, the project thesis was to document how people have shaped the space of the old Montreal Children's Hospital (MCH) and it can be seen here. Since that October day, the project has ventured into the underground archives of the McGill University Health Center (MUHC) only to resurface as a permanent collection at the new MCH. The old site has also experienced change in the form of demolition and soon new structures will fill the Montreal skyline. With all the changes, I thought that it would be fun to dig into my project archives and show some photographs that did not make the cut but helped define the storyline.
